Happy Flapper - Nouveau Pop

A double layered, retro style cap with a fixed flap to protect ears and the back of the neck. UPF 50+ cap, flap is UPF 30+

The closure at the rear is an upcycled bra strap. The slider can tighten or loosen with the bonus of never coming undone or breaking. The colourway will be a pleasant surprise. It could be black, it could be multi colour, it could be a little lacy. 

Each hat has tilar's special brim and unique, low profile, two-way adjustable and lockable chin strap.
